During the Holiday Shopping Season we extend our Return/Exchange Policy time frames to accommodate gift giving. Items purchased as gifts in November and December may be returned by January 15th if they do not fit the gift recipient. Please note all other return policies apply. You need to call or email for a Return or Exchange Authorization number BEFORE sending anything back - please keep your order/invoice number as we will need it to look up your order.
We will accept returns within 15 days of delivery AFTER a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the purchase price less the shipping costs. Please note that some limited items such as underwear, Specialty, Custom Order Items and swim wear are not returnable. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
We are happy to assist you with exchanges made within 15 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.
