A little bit about us:
We have been selling cutting edge fashions for Men and Women on line for several years from our main site www.TattooApparel.com . We also have several specialty niche retail web sites as we realize that some shoppers prefer to shop smaller sites that carry just one type of product as they feel overwhelmed on larger shopping sites. Among those specialty web sites are www.MensShirtShop.com , www.RockerJewelry.com and www.PerpetualVogue.com . We also have a real store in Southern California. Our Boutique is called Perpetual Vogue. We are located at 230 E. Whittier Blvd. in La Habra which is on the border of Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
What makes us different from other Online Retailers:
1. We actually stock the items we sell We do NOT use drop shippers. We do NOT do pre-sales, taking a customers money and then taking weeks before shipping an item. That is a trend we have seen with many other online retailers - they don't want to invest up front in inventory so they use a manufacturers stock photos, list items for sale and then take weeks to ship as they have to then wait for inventory to arrive.If an item is on one of our web sites and it has an Add To Cart Button on its page then the item is here in our warehouse and will ship within 48 hours (normally within 24 hours)of a customer's order being placed.
2. We keep it simple. Other online retailers have sites with lots of splash / flash introductions and music. We agree those things look and sound great...but they often make pages load slowly, can make it hard to figure out where to click to actually get into the site and unexpected music blaring out of your speakers can be annoying or problematic if you are web surfing from your office. When you go to www.TattooApparel.com or one of our other sites you immediately land on the home page where you can clearly see the categories of items offered for sale.
3.We do not use Stock Photos. We take the time to have our items photographed on our own team of models so that when customers shop with us they see the fashions on real people not the same stock photos that every other retailer is using. Our models are people that really wear these types of fashions - musicians, rockers, tattoo enthusiasts, pin up models and your average joe. We also show multiple photos for every item so that you can see the item from several angles and see details closeup. Please note our photos are copyrighted by our company and not use for other companies or individuals for any reason..
4. We have a real location.. You can be confident when shopping with us as we have a real warehouse location that we ship from. We are not just a splashy looking web site that may be ran out of someone's home that uses drop shippers for shipping items. We have a real warehouse where we stock our inventory. 6. Our business is inspected and bonded by buySAFE so when you shop with us you can do so knowing that you are shopping with a safe online business. For more info click on the buySAFE logo on one of our web site's homepages. Lots of web site's have seals on them - but many of those seals are just things a retailer pays to have show on their site. Not all retailers can pass a buySAFE business inspection which makes the buySAFE seal more valuable than other seals.
7. We DO ship to APO addresses and to customers all over the world. We ship worldwide with the exception of a few high fraud risk areas. International Customers in Canada, Western Europe, Australia and Japan may pay by credit card on our site. International customers in other locations should choose Paypal or Amazon Payments as their payment choice. International customers should be aware that their Government may charge duty/taxes on shipments from outside their Country and International customers are responsible for any taxes their Government charges.
8. We carry the largest range of sizes possible within the brands we carry. Many retailers only stock sizes Medium - XL to keep their overhead low. We realize that our customers come in all sizes. For men we stock sizes Medium - 6XL whenever possible. Every clothing line is different - some only go to size XXL, some go to 3XL and some (like Lucky 13) go to 6XL on some items. We stock the largest size that each brand makes. For the ladies we search out manufacturers that offer extended size ranges whenever possible. For example we now have some Pin Up Dresses and Skirts in sizes up to Plus 2X.
9. We offer many payment options. We take Visa,Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also offer Paypal, Amazon Payments and Google Checkout. Customers can also choose to mail in payment if they prefer to pay by money order (payable in U.S. Dollars) - we ship after the payment is received.
10. You can shop by brand or by size with us. For example we know that sometimes a guy knows exactly what brand of shirt he wants to shop for - so if he wants an English Laundry shirt he can go right to our English Laundry category. We also realize that often that same guy may not have an exact brand in mind - he just knows that he wants something cool in his size. Se we have a category called Mens Shirts by size where that shopper can then look at every shirt that is in stock in just his size.
11. We offer an opt in newsletter. We NEVER share or sell our customers information with other companies or individuals. If you opt in to our email newsletter you will receive periodic emails about new products or promotions. Each newsletter email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom so should a customer wish to opt out they can do so at any time. The part about us not sharing your information is important - some companies make money by selling their customer lists to other companies. We NEVER do this.
12. We sell a wide range of brands from mid level to premium brands as we realize that our customers like to have a choice of styles and brands. Some of our more popular brands are Rebel Spirit, DOCTRINE, Lucky 13, Bettie Page, Sailor Jerry, English Laundry, Hause of Howe, Fender Custom Shop, The Hendrix Collection, Ed Hardy, Mission Clothing, Heartbreaker Fashions, Poison Candy and our own Rocker Jewelry. Some of our newer brands are Anama, Indigo Star, Living Dead Souls, Royal Testament, ELEON, Red Chapter, a Line of Real Corsets and One More Round.
13. We carry specialty and limited edition items. For example we have a unique relationship with the folks at Lucky 13 and we recently had them make an Exclusive shirt design just for us. It is the Lucky 13 - Perpetual Vogue Tattoo Girls T Shirt and it is not available anywhere other than in our retail store on one of our retail web sites. This is the second Exclusive Lucky 13 shirt that we have had made just for us. We also stock the very limited edition John Lennon shirts from English Laundry - only 350 of these shirts were made worldwide. Being close to the Fashion World in Los Angeles we carry specialty boutique line ladies fashions from small Los Angeles and Hollywood designers.
